Generally we follow standard American sizing. We don't do slim fit.

To better serve our current roster, we don't regularly listen to demos or pursue new artists. However, we do set aside a specific amount of time to listen to demos LIVE on our (almost) weekly livestream, THE BIG STREAM. The Big Stream takes place most Thursdays at 5pm PST / 8pm EST. Email demos to [email protected], and we will eventually listen to it.

Check to see if your order was a pre-order. All orders with a pre-order item are on hold until all items are available to ship at once. 
Otherwise, 95% of orders ship out in under 3 business days.
If you feel like your order should have shipped, please email [email protected] - But keep in mind those emails are responded to on shipping days (Every 3 or less weekdays).

All merchandise is shipped from our HQ in LA and most artists will not have access to sign the records before they ship. If you are a member of the Fan Club you can request George sign your merchandise by contacting [email protected].
